Task 1:
Write an email to the head of the security department in your school or neighborhood.
Report the following complaints:
- The guards do not always request the IDs to visitors
- The security cameras are not being used, and tell him how you know.
- Any other flaw that you have seen in the system.
Write 60 word using complex sentences when possible.
Task 2:
Answer the email to the person above you as a reply.
- Explain in which cases the IDs are requested.
- Explain that the weather affected the camera's system.
- Respond to any other compleint that you get.
You will be graded with the following criteria:
- The 3 points of the task were addressed.
- Around 60 words were used to accomplish the task
- verb tenses are used correctly including subject verb agreement.
- Business vocabulary was used. At least 6 of the new words.

DeleteThank you for the information. About the request for ID´s, I'm going to told the guards when they have to request and when they do not. I've talked with an electrician and he said me that the cameras were affected by the weather, and i have brought an assistant to help me to teach the guards how to be more polite with the guests.

The reason of the email is to said you some things about the safe of the company. First able the guards don't always request the IDs to visitors. Second, the cameras don't work because the electrician have not fixed the cameras system. And to finish we have a problem with finger print scanners because they let the access with whatever fingerprint.

About the cameras, they don't work very well since the past hurricane, so the guard in charge sleeps instead of keepsthem. DeleteFirst of all, we have some problems with our security staff that’s the main problem. As you can see our security, are not asking them their ID’s, because not everybody have an ID and they think it would be more complicated for the administration of those ID’s. Our second problem, is the security camera, the problem is that we have an old system and we haven’t change those security cameras. I appreciate your comments about our bad security system; we are going to work more hard in those specific points for a better campus.

This museum, as I can see they dont have a security breach. First of all, the security guards dont request the ID to the visitors and that allow to have a free entrance. Second, the security camaras are turn off so any person can stole pices from the museum. As a question, did you have any flaw in your security system?

DeleteThank you for the advices. We have a prevention x-ray system for the visitors, so the IDs aren't requested, unless the visitor seems suspicious. We're increasing security measurements, actually the cameras are being repairing to rule out failure and having an excellent prevention system. The audacious guards will kept abreast of vandalism, if they don't, will be dismissed.

The security camera system doesn't work well because of the weather, but we are trying to fix it. Second the policeman’s turn off the lights of some areas of the school before closure time, without warning. Finally the last week there was a stolen laptop where there was no video of it, because the cameras were off, and it is not the first time.
