What I learn about planning a party, is that it is a very difficult task because you have to stay in the possibilities of the others, and listen about what they want and how, probably it's the idea of have to change my mind of what the other wants and have to stay about the other one, because if the party it is for some else

What I learned when I did the script about planning, is that is important to structure the ideas of what you want say; also focus more in my structure referring to I write understand perfectly what I want to communicate.     3. Final script about: "Planning a party"

      I learned about planning that the most important of all it is to be a very organized person, because you need to create a schedule about how is going to be the party. I need to think and all the situations that can happen in the party and, need to be a very cautious person and be ready for anything, because sometimes the people can be very demanding. Besides I need to create at least two different types of food because it could happen that the people may dislike the food, or be allergic and don't have a whim of them.

      I think to have a better party is necessary to work in team because there are so many details that it is necessary to do it a little bit before the party like go for the food, chose some flowers to decorate the tables, grab some ice, etc... There are stuff that require to be fresh so you cannot have them days before the party, that's why I think that organize a party it is necessary to have a team.

      Also if you're a planning a party for some else you need to adapt to them even if you don't like the style, that's why I think that organize a party it's very complicate to due you need to change your mind to think about the likes of someone else. But even if is complicate I think also that is very fun, because for some reason you're arrange a celebration that means that you're happy about something and you're going to make other people happy.

We need a leader to have control of the team. That person will be responsible to guarantee that the task is finished on time. We have to get in a team and say all our ideas to communicate what I am thinking. We have to take notes about all the ideas that my team say and get a quick solution. We have to be very clear about our objectives, so we can make good decisions. We have to make a schedule to see what days we are going to have meetings with all the team to see the advances of the project.

When we have objetctives to achieve, we don't expend too much time, because we know exactly what we are going to do. If there are something important to do, planning must be the better option to don't forget that thing. Planning with your partners can help you to know what are the ideas that they have, so you will have a good idea of the proyect.

      Another thing that is important is that we can decide what thing is priority and focus to expend more the money of the project in it. In clase, we planned what are we going to said to the investor who's have money for one project, but we were in a competition with other teams with the same idea. Planning with a team help you to socialize with the people, so we are gonig to know what kind of people are in out team. Planning a project should be do with all the team, not only by one person.   12. Hi, I´m Ericka López, and today I learned that planning something in this case, planning a party is difficult. It is difficult because putting together the ideas of everyone in the team is something hard, because everyone have different ideas and opinions. Planning involves a lot of things; first you need to have the idea of what you want to do, then think of the things that you need to realize the project you plan and finally search for the resources such as money, place, food, etc. needed to get done your project.

    Planning is the key for a project can be done. If the project doesn´t have a good planning, most of the times it fails.     Today in the class I learned what is necessary for plan somethig successfully. For example I realize that the base of planing is ORGANIZATION so the thing that we are planing result success. Also I notice that is very important to hear the opinion of everybody in the team and make them feel an important part of the team. If every person of the team fell good they would feel confidents of themselves to say their opinion and if they have a better idea they would say it. Also I learned that is very important to learn to use the proper words, because it is necessary when we are trying to explain our ideas, or nobody is going to catch up our ideas.

    Today I also learn that is very importan that if every person of the team make the part they are in charge the thing would work better so it is necessary to allocate the activities that are need to do. An then mark an order of importance or of what is need to be ready for the next step, and then the list is going to be completed.
    In this sentences are the steps for a good organization but it is more difficult to carry this out. This is because in every team are differents persons and each person have differnt ways of organization and diallogue, so that is the most import part of all in one team.

I think that if the people talk with respect and focused in a business objetive, they can do good things. Another thing that i learn was that all the teams focuses in how to recover money except one. The objetive will be to give the best idea for the teacher not thinking about money. My team do an excelent jon. We found a lot of solutions for our problems. But the most important thing was that we found good ideas to continue the business process.     Planning helps an organization chart a course for the achievement of its goals and i think that's important because it provides security and organization to the company. A manager needs to plan the expectations and regulations that the company needs, so if they want to succes they need to have the objectives, this is a crucial factor.
    What i learned too is that all organizations have limited resources. The planning process provides the information top management needs to make effective decisions about how to allocate the resources in a good way to reach its objectives.

The teamwork is very important because sometimes there are problems in the progress of planning, and the organizers together with all their skills can resolve them. It's is very important to adjust the budget to buy everything you need. Often is recommended that the location of the event is related to the launch. Also It's is necesary send invitations to attendees, and advertise the event on the radio or through posters and leaflets. Second, the teamwork is very important because sometimes there are problems in the progress of planning, and the organizers together with all their skills can resolve them. We must remember that the time is a factor very important, and we should optimize it. It's is very important to adjust the budget to buy everything you need. If we spend the budget and all resources before the deadline, we can ask for a loan.
      Often is recommended that the location of the event is related to the launch. The decoration must be the most appropriate, and usually the place of the launch should have logos, posters, furniture, audiovisual equipment and other items required.     What I learned today was that planning is one of the most useful types of organization. I learned that planning is the first step for start doing something correctly since the beginning. Today we made an activity in which between 3 people we plan a strategy for resolver a problem and I learned that is very important listen your classmates because in that way you could understand the others and maybe you could plan something to resolve the problem easily with different ideas.
    Also I knew that you have to be careful with your budget but that doesn’t mean you have to think all the time in money, sometimes you just have to worry for your task or your responsibility. I understand that the imagination is also very important so I had to have my mind open. Then I observed that the task comes easily resolver when my team and I started having the same vision, yet we had in the beginning different problems to solve. I get that if you listen your team probably you won’t need to care about making a good job nor having problems of communication, which is very important too.
    Now I know that if you want to make something is important to be prepare or to have even an idea of what you can do in X situation.

    What I learned about planning?
    The class of Friday was very interesting. We learned how to plan and we worked with people that we didn't know. I think that one of the must important things that happened in the activity was that we worked with different people and we needed to communicate between us.
    In my own opinion, I think that is very important to have organization, and it is very important that you choose the right person. I mean, there is always a person who has the ability to count the money and how to spend it and there is someone who knows how to organize the team. So, it is important to choose a person with specific skills, because you will need it for your special project.
    I think that this activity was very useful for us. We learned that each thing of your project has priorities. You need to decide which thing is the most important and how will you work with that. For example, sometimes the money is not the priority of your work, so you will need to focus in the materials or in the design of your project.
    This activity will help me for my career because must of the time I will work in teams. So, it is necessary to learn how to work with people that you don't know and also how to plan your project.

Communication is really importat because if communication isn't clear with the members of the group the ideas won't be clear for the project to be complete.Listening to the members to the groups is also important because by listen to others we can find more proposes that they will help and make better the work.Being open minded to accept ideas that others give, Acceptation by not jugding ideas and people we work with.

      What I learned about planning?

      First, I learned that planification is to find a way of getting the solutions of problems that a company might have, they analize,and design strategies to find the correct solutions.

      A company has Politics and with those politics the company sets the goal they want to reach.

      Second, Planning is a proccess to follow because is setting by steps that make our way to our final goal, it might not be easy but if we really want something the need to search and fight for it and get it. In every planification we'll find hardest roads that are going to make us confused of what are we doing.

      Third, planning is not always in company, it is also in our life for example, when we ask ourself: how am I planning to be?, Who i'm planning to be? or simple, What are my plans for today? and makes me realize that everything we've got in mind needs an organization, without organization things come and go in the way they want.

      Finally, communication is really important because without it will make harder the work and the decisions, because we need to share our ideas and expectations, we need to learn that communication is the most importat thing in a company because they need to share and find solutions of everything. Being Open-minded and listen,knowing that everyone in my team got more ideas that are going to help or make the event much better.

    What I learned about planning is that it's not easy at all, and everything need to be conected.

    First, I need to order the ideas, projects and schedule, for someone who is going to do it.

    Since we have money to spend, we need to focus finding new investors.

    I should organize the problems, and the team need to update the advance of the solutions.

    We need to focus on earning money intead of losting the budget we had.

    The team needs to be in a regular comunication, for everybody knows what they are doing and don't make a mistake or do somethng twice.

    Everything needS to be on time, the time that has been asigned for it. If something goes wrong, it could delay the progress, so I need to asign a specific time to check the advance.

    The result needs to be understandable for each one, or at least it has to bring a solid resourses.

      "should" for "I've got to" and there's missing the "S" at the end of "need". And I think Mimi was trying to write losing instead of losting. And I'd put "they" before "don't" in the sixth sentence. And in the last sentence she could take the "a" away.

  30. I learned that planning is one of the most important things to get something done. Planning helps you to have an order in your life. People make plans for everything; school, parties, events, etc. You really need to be organized and most of the times you need a team. If you have team there has to be a leader, and that person is in charge of giving a task to each part of the team. Everyone has to be listening and with the best attitude so it can work out. Sometimes, even if you plan every detail, there is a problem. For example, if you booked with a company and the pulled out at the last time, you need to find someone else right away. But you never really know if everything you planned is going to result the way it was expected. Therefore, you always need to have a Plan B. But we can always try our best.

    "Planning" is the first thing that you have to do if you want to obtain great results in projects team, homework, works team and others activities.

    Other way that you look the "planning", is for take decisions, and the most important thing, is that you define this questions:
    - What I have to do?
    - How I have to do it?
    - Where is the place that I have to work?
    - When is the deadline?
    - Who are the persons that collaborate in the team?

    The professor of Quality Control said that the people always are doing things, running, dancing, talking, walking, moving, playing, sleeping, seeing, but in a few words the human race always are thinking in something or in someone. If we can think in something, we can do it, it's the same thing in "planning", we have to think in the future and have a few ideas about how will be, and how we have to act in some cases to remain in solid bases.

    To end this little explication about "planning", I like to say this phrase "Sometimes, the most beautiful things in this world are the things that not was planned, but we need to be conscious that is necessary".

  33. Planning is indispensable for anything, I mean many and varied actions like an important business project, homeworks, a wedding or any kind of party, etc. need to be planned before start doing it. Is simple, if you plan will be successful.
    I learned in english class that we must work as a team and know how to planning for better results.
    Important companies are efficient due to a systematic model elaborated before start an action. Why planning is so important for that "Important companies"?
    Well, planning makes optimum utilization of all available resources, so it increases efficiency. Another reason is that it facilitates proper coordination within an organization. Planning also tell us how much resources are required, when it is required, so on. Of course having a plan and an objective helps to give right direction and keeps good control too.

For an excellent planning you need to organize your time and resources. If more than one person is participating in the project, it is necessary teamwork for having a good progress and finish at time.
    Planning involves the creation and maintenance of the plan and for it you need to follow a track of steps. First to do, it is setting a goal or destination where you want to land. Then, you need to create your ideas and evaluate alternative routes for set down your goal. Finally, you need to decide the specific course of your plan.
