Email

Task 1:
Write an email to the head of the security  department in your school or neighborhood.
Report the following complaints:

1. The guards do not always request the IDs to visitors
2. The security cameras are not being used, and tell him how you know.
3. Any other flaw that you have seen in the system.

Write 60 word using complex sentences when possible.

Task 2:
Answer the email to the person above you as a reply.

1. Explain in which cases the IDs are requested.
2. Explain that the weather affected the camera's system.
3. Respond to any other compleint that you get.

You will be graded with the following criteria:

• The  3 points of the task were addressed.
• Around 60 words were used to accomplish the task
• verb tenses are used correctly including subject verb agreement.
• Business vocabulary was used. At least 6 of the new words.
